Meet Jessica

Voted "Most Likely to Clean Out Your Junk Drawer" (And Fix Your Systems Too)

I’ve had a career path that looks less like a straight line and more like a winding road with great scenery, unexpected detours, and a few potholes. I’ve worked across industries, at every level—frontline contributor, top decision-maker, and everything in between. And despite my best efforts to resist it, my heart kept pulling me back to one thing: helping people build healthier, better-functioning, and more joyful workplaces.

Like many of you, I got into this work because I believed I could change the world.

The crazy part? I still believe it. But my understanding of how has evolved. There was a time I thought impact required sacrifice - give until it hurts, then give some more. I learned the hard way that this road leads straight to burnout. But through the power of life-changing mentors, a ridiculous amount of professional development, and plenty of trial and error, I discovered a better way.

Now, I help leaders like you create workplaces where impact and well-being coexist.

Because I believe we can do meaningful work without sacrificing ourselves, our sanity, or our ability to enjoy our lives. I love working with revolutionaries and rebels at heart—people who’ve harnessed their powers for good and are ready to lead with more ease, effectiveness, and (dare I say) joy.

As for me? I’m a Southern California native who’s lived all over the country but can still spot a good street taco a mile away. When I’m not coaching and consulting, you’ll find me nerding out on podcasts (economics, social science, true crime, the mating habits of puffins...truly, no topic is too random),  cooking for people who feed my spirit, or attempting random home design projects (how many? Depends on my mood and how much power my drill has left).
